Marketing Admin Assistant Job Type: Temporary (2 months) Location: Immediate start required Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role I am supporting a client who is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support the launch of our new website. This temporary position is ideal for someone with a background in marketing administration who is available to start immediately and has experience with website CMS and digital marketing tools. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation and execution of the website launch. Handle administrative tasks related to marketing such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing communications with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Help in the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects. Photograph and edit photos, along with some video editing tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing admin role. Previous experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn new digital tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of ecommerce and HTML/CSS is advantageous. Experience in photographing and editing photos, as well as video editing.
