Role Summary:
We are hiring for our senior-most hire in the UK market to join Bounce as Research & Partnerships Director to lead our presence in this key geography. You will build key client relationships, drive revenue and bring deep research expertise to our vision of delivering the human-led AI platform for market research in the UK.
What You’ll Work On:
* Commercial, Product & Research Strategy: This role has deep involvement in a wide range of strategic discussions covering commercial, product and research solutions for our clients. You'll lean on your knowledge of the broader research landscape to inform strategic decisions in the UK market from a product & commercial standpoint.
* Opportunity Creation & Revenue: Leading market mapping, opportunity creation and revenue growth for the company in the UK. This role leads our go-to-market strategy & key account relationships targeting large consumer brands with our value proposition in a consultative & commercial manner.
* New Client Acquisition: Targeting net new customer acquisitions through strategic research consultancy and commercial execution with our key client targets. This requires a combination of commercial and research expertise to identify opportunities and bring them to fruition.
* Key Customer Growth: Expansion of our largest relationships in the UK market via deep understanding of client needs.
* Full Funnel Sales: Directing our sales efforts to enable full funnel performance in the UK market. You'll work closely with our Head of Growth to inform business development tactics, and our Head of Customer Success to enable long-term sustainable growth of key client relationships.

Serious Bonus Points If You Have:
* Background in market research technology specifically or SaaS
* Quantifiable experience growing the UK market for a market research platform
* Experience in both large and small organisations
* Experience on both buy and sell sides (end-clients and suppliers of market research)
