Operations Executive
£30,000 - £35,000 / Sevenoaks / Permanent
My client, a leader in the environmental services, is looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their rapidly growing team. This is a fully office-based opportunity paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar operations position, strong administration skills, and will manage logistics on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily support to the operations team with administration and planning support
2. Take ownership of job scheduling and diary management of the wider team
3. Act as the first point of contact for any customers and offer them excellent service
4. Support with the daily running of logistics and procurement
5. Manage stock control and inventory records
6. Ensure the integrity of the internal database and record accurate information
Essential Skillset
1. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an operations or planning/scheduling role
2. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
3. Proficient with Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
4. Strong attention to detail and highly organized
