Job Title: Amazon Vendor Account Manager Company and Background Minky Homecare is a long-established and renowned housewares group. Our product categories include laundry, cleaning and housewares. We design and manufacture products in the UK, and source unique lines from across the world. We have significant growth targets and a sustained and energetic programme of new product development. We are now broadening our ecommerce remit to create significant incremental sales growth in the UK, and internationally. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced and we have the opportunity for an Amazon Vendor Account Manager to support this goal. Main Purpose of Job To drive profitable sales growth through our Amazon Vendor sales channel. The Role Responsible for growing sales through our Amazon Vendor sales channels in the UK and EU, overseeing product ranges, profitability, and performance. Day to day management of the account through the Vendor Central admin portal, and by working with the Amazon AVS team. Utilise all Vendor Central and AVS reports to analyse ways to improve sales performance, efficiency and growth. Deliver sales growth, optimisation and improved profitability by resolving issues, managing cases, monitoring sales rank, optimising listings performance, and reducing chargebacks, damages and returns. Work closely with the Sales Director to negotiate trading terms. Oversee performance of all supply chain and sales routes, including Direct Fulfilment, Domestic Supply, and Direct Import. Analyse stocks, POs, margin, NetPPM, reviews, sales, forecasts and rate of sale to ensure no out of stock, or loss of buy box. Plan and manage campaigns, vouchers, and deals for key events such as Prime Day. Build strong and collaborative working relations with key Amazon contacts, and ecommerce and sales team colleagues. Develop the Amazon Vendor sales strategy and align this with wider sales team objectives (eg marketplace and other ecommerce retail sales). Identify, co-ordinate and action listings optimisation opportunities, working with marketing, product, and graphic design colleagues. Work with Amazon contacts and amazon processes to restructure product listing pages. Manage the Amazon product range and work with product, marketing, sales and ecommerce colleagues optimise ranges and launch new products. Co-ordinate the product setup process - collating, uploading, and maintaining relevant assets. Manage Amazon cases and ongoing tasks, and ensure issues are resolved. Oversee Amazon Advertising. Including budget management, performance and reporting. If required, edit Ad campaign and advertising settings. Experience and Skills 2 years proven successful experience working with Amazon and full working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central. Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills Proven understanding of Amazon trading Strong sales and marketing skills Attention to detail Proactive Hybrid Working We work from our office in central Rochdale at least 3 days per week with 2 homeworking days per week at the company's discretion.
