Job Description Parts Planning Change Lead Full-time Bristol The Global Planning team are responsible for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and integrating our business to flow a single plan. As our Parts Planning Change Lead, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the UK Parts Planning contributions to the Defence S&OP Transformation. Responsibilities You’ll be carrying out process improvement initiatives, ensuring safety first. You’ll chair our parts planning system Change Control meetings and fostering effective relationships across RR Group to share planning best practices. You’ll project manage and oversee the benefits management of a range of improvements initiatives. As Scrum Master you’ll drive pace and simplicity into our S&OP preparation and execution. You’ll also analysis data and create appropriate test models to help validate the impact of any changes introduced. You’ll lead our annual audit preparation and execution by ensuring key decisions and method changes introduced by improvements are documented further ensuring the whole team operate with control and precision. You’ll take responsible for ensuring our documented processes keep pace with and reflect the change introduce by S&OP Transformation. Why Rolls-Royce?
