Unscripted Talent Assistant

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Unscripted Talent Assistant to support the day-to-day management of high-profile television personalities. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes with some of the UK’s biggest stars and be part of an influential team shaping the future of unscripted entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day schedules for high-profile talent and the Director
* First point of contact
* Diary management for both Director and high-profile talent, dealing with last-minute changes and demanding schedules]
* Book travel & accommodation
* Communicate with talent, brands, agents & TV production companies
* Supporting brand partnerships, TV appearances and corporate events
* Ensuring commitments are delivered on time
* Raising invoices using Tagmin
* Assisting with the negotiation of contracts
* Attending industry events and shoots with talent
Requirements
* Highly organized, efficient, and responsive in managing emails and tasks
* Proficient in utilizing Tagware software to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver accurate results
* Exceptional attention to detail, even in high-pressure environments
* At least 18 months experience within a talent facing role - e.g. talent agency, production, unscripted
