The Impact you will have in this role:

The DTCC Consulting Services Executive Director will be accountable for unparalleled client service, developing relationships, driving sales, client programme delivery, managing delivery teams, contributing to the growth strategy for the Consulting Services business and supporting the development of consulting practice from a people development and wellbeing perspective. Consulting experience in managing senior client relationships, building delivery pipelines, developing service offerings and building successful teams is a must.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

6. Develop existing and net-new client relationships to drive profitable business growth utilizing your existing network and go-to-market capabilities.

7. Plan and oversee high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

8. Support the Head of Consulting with the development of business strategy.

9. Oversee client delivery projects, to ensure they are being delivered in line with plan and budget parameters.

10. Present and engage at industry conferences, roundtables, and forums.

11. Represent DTCC Consulting both externally to the industry but also internally to other businesses.

12. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, demonstrating gravitas and influencing key decisions.

13. Develop consulting service offerings to diversify and enhance existing capabilities.

14. Develop and lead in go-to-market and business development efforts including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients as well as providing subject matter expertise.

15. Support with solution development to ensure a high standard of delivery whilst maintaining optimal profitability throughout the engagement lifecycle.

16. Promote the growth of the business by sharing knowledge and experience, and the development of engagement tools, enablers, and other knowledge assets to build capability for the service.

17. Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

18. Collaborate with consulting operations and other internal teams to ensure processes and procedures are followed.

19. Champion inclusion by creating an inclusive environment and leading diversity initiatives.

20. Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

21. Minimum of 20 years of related consulting experience required.

Talents Needed for Success:

22. Minimum of 20 years of related experience, which can be a combination of financial services and consulting but must include at least 10 years of consulting experience at a director or associate partner level.

23. Financial Services and Capital Markets experience required. Post Trade experience, nice to have.

24. Experience managing relationships and generating pipeline from executive and business leadership buying points.

25. Ability to demonstrate direct involvement and contribution to business growth and demonstrable ability to manage a business P&L.

26. Ability to manage expectations on engagements and build credibility for our services. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and projects.

27. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at senior levels.

28. Resiliency and the professional bearing required of a DTCC client service professional.

29. Ability to identify opportunities to generate follow-on work during client engagements by understanding a range of services and offerings and coordinating with personnel within DTCC to help sell integrated solutions that meet client needs.

30. Ability to travel as required.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
