Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop tailored educational plans to meet individual student needs Implement specialised teaching strategies to support SEN students in their academic progress Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for SEN students Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and SEN needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements Strong organisational skills Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor may need to travel to different locations to provide support to students with SEN. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
