The Role
The Network Strategy Analyst reports to the Head of Network Strategy and is responsible for supporting the whole Network Strategy team with analysis, project/process management, and reporting to contribute to the successful achievement of the goals of the team.
What you will be doing
This role is responsible for coordinating and driving a number of processes core to the development of easyJet’s network strategy, including owning the new routes process and the team’s suite of competitor reporting, ensuring timely and clear communication to all stakeholders.
You will own the end-to-end new routes process which will include:
1. Coordinating the new route assessment process - working with the network team to evaluate and recommend new routes.
2. The implementation of new routes and airports – working with stakeholders across the business including Operations, Marketing, and Scheduling.
3. Carrying out New Routes performance reviews – analysing performance of new routes after a season to guide network manager decision making.
4. Owning the Network Strategy team’s suite of competitor capacity and performance reports – delivering timely and insightful strategic updates to a wide-ranging audience.
5. Supporting Network Strategy Managers with relevant analysis required for the capacity allocation process and business cases, and supporting analysis for any ad-hoc network strategy projects.
6. Supporting the Commercial Fleet Manager with analysis and process coordination to manage the available lines of flying and gauge allocation processes.
Requirements of the Role
What you will need to do this role
If you have experience with an airline in a commercial or network planning, this would be desirable; however, a passion for a career in aviation is equally as good!
You will be highly numerate and analytical with advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally SQL, Tableau, and ThinkCell too.
As a process-driven individual, you will have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships and be able to take initiative. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based at our head office at Luton Airport. We typically get together 3 times a week in the office.
