Head of Commercial – Dungannon
Artemis Executive Search is proud to partner with Kiverco, an innovative leader in recycling solutions, as they seek to appoint a Head of Commercial. This role is central to Kiverco’s growth ambitions, offering a unique opportunity to lead a critical function and drive the strategic direction of a company making an environmental impact worldwide.
Based in Northern Ireland, Kiverco has over 25 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing robust recycling plants and equipment, driven by a “Do it once, do it right” ethos. Kiverco’s solutions are trusted globally, recognized for quality and durability across construction, demolition, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
As Head of Commercial, you’ll join the Kiverco Leadership Team, report to the Board, and oversee all commercial activities, taking full ownership of growth initiatives and market expansion efforts. This is a pivotal, strategic role where you will further build Kiverco’s presence across Europe and international markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Shape and lead Kiverco’s commercial strategy promoting their unique offering and ensuring profitability while driving growth.
2. Develop tailored sales strategies to suit a diverse client base, from government bodies to multinational corporations, delivering a strong value proposition and positioning Kiverco as the premium choice in recycling plant.
3. Lead contract negotiations, oversee pricing strategy, product development and market entry plans and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
4. Utilise data insights to support accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
5. Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering collaboration and developing future leaders.
Qualifications:
You’re an experienced commercial leader with a proven record in achieving business growth and opening new markets, especially internationally. You will likely have a Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or similar advanced degree considered a plus. You will bring at least five years of experience in commercial management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully developing new markets and managing high-value contracts. An excellent communicator, you have strong negotiation and relationship building skills and have worked with a broad range of clients in both the private and public sectors.
