Role Overview: As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the engineering design of a variety of complex nuclear projects, including power plant design, decommissioning, new installations, and refurbishments. You will be responsible for managing design teams, ensuring the effective integration of various engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, and nuclear) to deliver projects to the highest standards. The role requires a strong engineering design background and expertise in leading multidisciplinary design teams, with particular focus on the nuclear or defence sectors. The role requires on-site presence in Cumbria at least 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering design process for complex nuclear projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and safe designs that meet client and regulatory requirements.
