Position Overview:

Sustain Insurance Brokers is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with current broking experience who are driven to provide outstanding service to secure and retain new clients, contributing to the success of like-minded, pro-ESG organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on cross-class insurance programs, including property, liability, professional lines and cyber insurance.
2. Service Delivery: Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring the recommended and placed insurance cover meets their demands and needs, with a focus on maximising client retention.
3. Performance: Meet and exceed financial performance targets, demonstrating accountability for your results.
4. Team Collaboration: Contribute and collaborate with the team to generate new and fresh ideas that align with and support the business strategy.
5. Insurance Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our insurance partners, ensuring mutual success and collaboration.
6. Cross-Departmental Cooperation: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to identify innovative ways to promote our services and drive business growth.
7. Compliance: Operate in a professional and compliant manner at all times in line with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
1. At least 2 years of commercial insurance broking experience with a proven ability to meet financial performance targets.
2. Strong technical insurance knowledge.
3. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to develop and nurture relationships with both clients and insurance partners.
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
