Both teams hold a strong ethos of relational practice emphasising the need to work with families in supporting co production of plans and delivery of support. This approach is practiced and evidenced throughout The teamandrsquo;s practice and leadership.
Our Family Group Conference team provide support to empower families to get together to talk through any problems, in an environment where they feel comfortable and supported to find their own solutions to any problems they might have.
The Keeping Families Together team offer intensive support for a period of 12 weeks to Children and Families (aged between 0 - 16) who are deemed to be on the Edge Of Care
As Team Manager you will drive forward the delivery of both teams. You will be supported by two Advanced Practionerandrsquo; s (one for each team), to lead and manage requests for service support. You will be responsible for the management of 20 staff members across both teams. You will develop and influence strong partnership relationships with peers, senior leadership, and Multi- Agency partners.
