GENERAL DUTIES
Customer & Partner Interaction
Communicate professionally with both public and corporate clients/partners via phone and email.
Manage bookings, process paperwork and payments, and clearly explain terms and conditions to customers.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing outstanding service.
Product & Business Development
Support the expansion of Drivalia’s product portfolio and distribution channels.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and subscription partners.
Assist in the development and launch of new Subscription and Mobility products.
