I am a really creative 19 year old man who is looking for PA support me a few times a week. My main interest is film (making and watching), writing screenplays and creating storyboards. My favourite directors are Stanley Kubrick and Alfred Hitchcock. I am currently studying film studies at university which means that I get to enjoy my passion at home and in an academic setting.
I do struggle to stay focused and can be easily distracted. I have struggled with my mental health over the years. A support worker could really help me work on staying focussed, help me get organised and also help me to understand and unpick day to day issues that arise.
During my support sessions I would like to go for a walk and have a chat, discuss my day, make plans and set achievable goals. I have a supportive family but my ultimate goal is to live independently in my own home. Working on independent living skills with my support worker would also be beneficial for me.
