Job Description You are a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who will manage and expand our customer portfolio in the South of the UK. You will represent our mechanical components (Fence & Gate Accessories) and the fast-growing Automation & Entrance Control division. Key Responsibilities: You take full responsibility for the turnover in your region after comprehensive training at our headquarters in Belgium. You manage and support existing customers, including manufacturers and dealers. You engage with prescribers (architects, specifiers, consultants, and other decision-makers), ensuring our solutions are incorporated into projects from the early planning stages. You collaborate with customers’ teams, advising on products, supporting launches, and providing training You identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. You oversee the full sales process with support from an inside sales representative and report to the Head of UK Sales.
