Your Role
\n
* Oversee daily operations for legal entities and support the legal team with corporate responsibilities
* Prepare and file essential documents with government departments and authorities
* Draft corporate documents, maintain statutory records and keep secretarial files up-to-date
* Manage accurate and current Corporate Registers
* Liaise effectively with international clients, colleagues, advisers and regulatory authorities
* Handle KYC/Due Diligence documentation and conduct regular reviews
Arrange for document execution and certification
* Perform general administrative duties, including managing the firm's corporate management system and filing
* Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the firm’s goals

What We’re Looking For
\n
* Around 2-3 years of experience in a UK company secretarial role
* Ideally CGI qualified, but not a necessity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required
