13 hours per week We are seeking to appointment an Admin Officer to support our school SEND team. Ideal working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm two days (including Fridays) but there is flexibility to spread the work over three days if preferred. The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the SEND Manager, and other members of the SEND team. Duties and responsibilities will be varied. key responsibility will be communicating and liaising with SEND colleagues, office staff and attendance. The role will also involve very regular contact with students. We require: Someone with a flexible approach to managing workload, who can prioritise task depending on what is required, and organise their workload. Someone approachable, who is able to adapt their communication style in order to ensure a professional approach to working with colleagues, students, and external professionals. Desired: Someone who has some understanding of supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
