What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will have a broad range of skills gained from working as a Site Manager or an Advanced Joiner. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for leading and developing teams and has a NVQ level 3 qualification in Joinery or Site Management. You will have a positive can-do attitude and thrive in a busy and challenging environment. Communication skills both oral and written are essential along with being confident in influencing, mentoring and motivating your team.
What will you do?
As a Joinery Manager you will to lead a team of joiners ranging from Apprentices through to Advanced level. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the team ensuring that they carry out all aspects of joinery work to a high standard of quality in line with Health and Safety requirements. You will be required to participate in staff development and training as well as undertaking staff appraisals.
