Client details: A successful global organisation within the automotive industry who have expanded year on year and are set for further growth in 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a tip-top account manager to assist the business in delivering service excellence. You will be the main point of contact for clients and responsible for developing strong relationships, providing support, and identifying ways to grow the accounts.
Key duties:
1. Being the main point of contact for customer enquiries
2. Addressing client concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
3. Building and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships
4. Performing frequent reviews and reports, with the sales and service team
5. Preparing and delivering client presentations
6. Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve better results
7. Gathering feedback from customers and sharing with the wider team and business
8. Raising any customer concerns and needs with management
9. Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the management team and clients
10. Holding regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service
Essential skills and requirements:
1. Previous experience managing accounts/clients
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a clear ability to influence effectively
3. Commercial acumen and automotive industry experience
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Self-motivated and results-driven
6. Ability to deliver appealing presentations
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
8. Current driving licence and own transport
