Your primary role will be designing, enhancing, and optimising a suite of proprietary investment tools and web applications that help our clients make smarter investment decisions. Previous experience designing digital tools, dashboards, and/or web applications is required. You’ll be working side-by-side with other designers, developers, and product mangers to create pixel-perfect, best-in-class digital experiences for our clients. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, hands-on designer with a high level of taste, expertise in UX/UI & interaction, a deep understanding of digital best-practices, and UX research and testing experience in their back pocket. What we are looking for: Work on projects throughout all stages of the product design cycle Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and define project goals Conduct UX research and testing by utilizing various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, card sorts and unmoderated testing Create low-fidelity user journeys and design concepts by whiteboarding, sketching, or through wireframes Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and validate design ideas Synthesize test results and communicate findings to relevant teams Design high-fidelity experiences with premium user interfaces Prepare files for hand-off to development teams Work with developers to ensure quality of experiences before launching What you can bring: BA/BFA in digital design, or equivalent combination of experience and education Proven experience working exclusively in digital product design Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems Experience in user research and user testing Advanced software knowledge of Figma, Miro, UserTesting and/or other comparable applications Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS), how it impacts design, and the skills to provide actionable feedback to Development teams Great organisational skills, work ethic, and superior attention to detail. Experience with motion and interaction design Experience designing and implementing multivariate and A/B tests.
