Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality project management and programme standards. Advising clients on project costs, risks, timelines, and issues. Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Driving client communications and stakeholder relationships. Producing detailed reports, including project programmes and risk registers. Developing robust delivery plans to meet objectives efficiently. Challenging the status quo to foster innovation and continuous improvement.Requirements of the Project Manager: A relevant Project Management Qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one. Demonstrated experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management. Expertise in managing pre- and post-contract project responsibilities, with a strong working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (NEC Accreditation preferred). Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and priorities.
