About the role The Head of ICT will be responsible for all aspects of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and the Group’s digital services, including strategy development, implementation and cyber security. You will play a key leadership role within the Caledonia Housing Group, ensuring ICT systems help our people to achieve excellent results for our customers and communities, in line with the ambitious Caledonia Housing Group Business Plan and strategic priorities. What you will bring You will have demonstrated the capability to lead teams and deliver high quality and comprehensive IT Infrastructure, systems, and services. To be successful as our Head of ICT you will be a skilled relationship builder and exceptional project manager, keen to work visibly and collaboratively to identify, plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects that support customer service excellence, and drive organisational change and improvement. Building on recent systems improvement work, you will be well placed to review our current Group ICT Strategy, and the associated implementation ‘roadmap’, ensuring we continue to keep pace and harness advances in new technology that deliver better outcomes for our customers and colleagues and support digital inclusion and digitally connected communities. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
