Part Time Office Administrator - based in the BL6/BL7 area of Bolton

About the Role
Due to growing demands of the company we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part time office administrator to work 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between 8.30am - 5pm. This role is a varied role working with booking out engineers. Organising diaries and dealing with the email inbox.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration
* Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
* Scheduling engineers’ diaries and maintenance visits
* Keeping records up to date, including training and compliance documents
* Coordinating callouts and submitting engineer reports
* Processing holiday requests and assisting with HR admin
* Ordering office supplies and managing expenses
* Sending health and safety/insurance documentation when required
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
2. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Five GCSEs (A-C), including Maths & English
