Business Development Co-ordinator at Nuspan Flooring Ltd

Nuspan is a leading manufacturer of Insulated Precast Concrete Units, the offsite alternative to block and beam for suspended ground floors. We serve the UK National MMC volume house building market where we offer a design, supply and installation service to the main contractor and sub-contract network.
We require an Accounts Co-ordinator to work as part of our team based in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Creation and maintenance of orders on our financial software system
2. Preparation of delivery documentation
3. Preparation of purchase orders
4. Maintenance of the purchase ledger, processing of supplier invoices and issuing payments
5. Preparation and issuing of invoices to customers
6. Assistance with credit control and customer debt management
7. Maintenance of company pension scheme payment records
8. Responsible for weekly payroll processing
9. Preparation of various reports as required for management
Key Skills & Experience:
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Ability to assemble and analyse information to produce accurate financial reports
* Ability to multitask and use initiative
* Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
* Good mathematical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
While full training will be provided on the IT systems utilised, previous experience in a similar role will be considered a distinct advantage.
