Due to the expansion of the business Harbour Healthcare is recruiting an Operations Director covering all Elderly Nursing and Dementia care Homes in the group.

Job Purpose:
To deliver financial performance (Ebitdar) for all Homes against Company agreed targets and to ensure the smooth running of the business while operating within the regulatory framework.
Responsibilities:
Assist in development of Operational strategy in line with annual business goals.
Leading strategic initiatives against annual business goals.
Assist in analysing data, compile relevant, accurate reports as required.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of processes and demonstrate return on investment.
Manage direct reports within the regional team.
Lead through coaching and mentorship to educate, inspire and motivate colleagues.
Support other departments as required i.e. Quality, HR
Lead and manage the implementation of systems and processes across the business ensuring standardisation.
Establish, maintain and manage relationships with key external stakeholders.
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Entrepreneurial leadership style.
Strong focus on operational innovation and change management.
Senior Management experience.
Must be able to demonstrate Harbour Values of Honesty, Accountability, Achievement, Passion and Integrity.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative.
Highly developed influencing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Full Driving License.
