HR Assistant required for April 2025, in Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HR Assistant to join our inspiring and supportive team from April 2025. This role is part of the school's admin support team. Bell Farm is a large and growing primary school set in extensive grounds, and includes a nursery and a specialist centre for children with communication and interaction needs. • Free teas and coffees during breaks.The appointment will be Monday to Friday for 38.33 hours a week, term time (including five INSET days), plus two days in the school holidays (39.4 weeks per year). The working hours for this role are 8.20pm to 4.30pm. This is a permanent position. Please see the attached job description for further details of this role. The annual salary for this role is as per PS5 on the Surrey Pay Scale. As this is a term-time only role the actual annual salary paid is within the range of £24,777 - £26,545, which is pro-rata of the full time equivalent (£26,777 - £28,686). We’re situated less than a mile from both Hersham and Walton-on-Thames train stations, with fast trains into Waterloo taking just 26 minutes.
