As a WorkWell Coach, you would be part of an initiative aimed at empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing, addressing any impacts on their employment. The role involves providing a supportive environment for individuals to identify health and wellbeing concerns affecting their work. This includes collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to offer direct interventions and connect individuals to community-based support, ensuring long-term maintenance of health, wellbeing, and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise a strengths-based approach to develop personalised support plans.
* Collaborate with physical activity, mental health, and employment advisors to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements:
* Experience in Advice & Guidance.
* Proven ability to adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality, safeguarding, and health and safety.
* Understanding of motivational coaching and interview skills.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
