The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be a key member of the maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical equipment and systems. Your main responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults across motors, transformers, panels, and lighting systems. Conducting planned and reactive maintenance as part of a preventative strategy. Using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and insulation testers to identify and resolve issues. Assisting with system upgrades and contributing to machinery improvement projects. Working with Rockwell Automation Control Hardware and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Participating in an on-call rota (details discussed at the interview). This is a days-only role, offering stability and work-life balance. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A modern electrical apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, or HNC in Electrical Engineering. 18th Edition qualification. Experience as a commercial or industrial electrician, with strong troubleshooting skills. A proactive, safety-conscious mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
