Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in our practice Dentalcare Swindon. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
About The Role
1. Hours - We are looking for an applicant who can work 40 hours per week: Monday - Saturday
2. You will provide the highest levels of patient support and professionalism at all times
3. You will be managing a busy Reception with a high number of telephone calls, patients and staff to support - It is therefore important that you have outstanding telephone manner and excellent customer service / communication skills – and that you want to put patients’ interest first
4. You will be tasked to assist with various administration, filing and other tasks as required by the team
5. We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual to join our happy team and assist in our growth. It is also important that you are friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure
6. Up to 28 days paid holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
7. We are a recognised "Investors in People" company
About You
8. It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients’ interest first.
9. Experience in the dental industry is essential for this role
10. You will have an ability to work in a team, whilst highly capable to mentor and manage others.
11. You will have completed a Secondary / GCSE or similar qualification
12. It is essential that you are a highly responsible, reliable, diligent, and hardworking individual
13. Dental Reception and SOE/Exact Dental Software experience would be preferred (although not essential – as training can be provided)
