We are looking for excellent organisational ability and strong communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
You should hold an HR-related degree; it would be an advantage to understand the Care sector; however, full training will be given.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the management team.
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations).
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Carry out induction and support new staff members.
* Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
* Professionally handle complaints and grievance procedures.
* Support staff with company corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills
* Proven experience as an HR manager.
* Microsoft 365 knowledge.
* Strong communication skills.
* Continuously review HR best practices to improve efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. Full-time position Monday-Friday.
