About the Role
As a Support Time & Recovery Worker in the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, you will hold a NVQ Level 2 or be prepared to work towards this. You will have experience in organizing and facilitating meaningful structured therapeutic activities and be passionate about working in mental health.
You will contribute to the delivery of mental health services and provide a caring and compassionate service. This includes providing practical and emotional support with activities of daily living and facilitating independent living, including accessing community resources. You will form positive therapeutic relationships with service users and carers.
You will need to be able to independently drive to service users' homes across the borough of Trafford.
