Job Description
3. Overseeing payroll procedures for all company employees.
4. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
5. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
6. Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
7. Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
8. Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
10. Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state taxes, insurance, employee benefit deductions, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroller should have:
11. A strong background in end to end Payroll
12. A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of payroll procedures.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle data confidentially.
14. Good numerical skills and an understanding of data privacy standards.
15. Strong EXCEL skills
