Managing staff rota’s, sickness and holiday. Recruiting new and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance. The Account Manager will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business enabling them to recruit, train and support the best workforce for the business. Client Management Responsibilities: Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies. Actively recruit candidates for specific sites. Regularly review client satisfaction and internal reports. Maintain records in line with legislative requirements and provide legislative updates. Collaborate with service centres and managers to ensure strong support. Conduct regular review meetings with clients and stakeholders. Benchmark client expectations on salary, availability, and industry activity. Recruitment Responsibilities: Conduct candidate interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards. Provide work inductions and manage personnel performance. Ensure staff availability to cover all positions, managing sickness and holiday coverage. Oversee recruitment activities and performance management.
