ABOUT THE ROLE
You would be required to contribute and participate in providing a quality comprehensive and pro-active housing advice and assessment service for all customers to prevent homelessness. Identify and meet housing need in the Borough and assist in the operation and administration of the housing register.
It is a telephone-based service offering bespoke housing advice. You will be a decision maker and will need to deliver clear, concise advice in a calm manner.

This is a unique opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced and established team. The role is 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. The team is currently hybrid working on a 50/50 split though there is an expectation that you will work from Macclesfield Town Hall whilst learning the job.
