At Creating Tomorrow College, we’re on a mission to bridge the gap between education and employment for young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We’re looking for passionate, dedicated Job Coaches to join our innovative team and help students thrive in the workplace.
About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will:
1. Work closely with students in our Pathway to Employment programme.
2. Provide individualised support to help students develop essential workplace skills, confidence, and independence.
3. Partner with employers to create inclusive opportunities and foster supportive workplace environments.
4. Be part of a collaborative team, transforming lives and enabling students to transition into meaningful employment.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
1. Passionate about making a difference for young people with SEND.
2. Excellent communicators, able to build relationships with students, employers, and colleagues.
3. Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
4. Experienced in the world of work, preferably in education, employability, or supported employment; however, not essential as full training is provided.
