A small prestigious international bank is seeking a friendly and conscientious individual to work in a front facing role (70% reception / 30% PA). Your responsibilities will include: Managing reception, meeting rooms, greeting all visitors, providing refreshments etc Managing the post & couriers PA support to senior manager – diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, prepare reports/presentations etc Your experience must include: Strong proven Reception and PA skills gained within a corporate environment – preferably a financial institution Excellent communication/presentation and organisational skills Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint Arabic language skills would be advantageous Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the office
