Job Description:
* Build relationships with clients and get to know their supply chains.
* Scope new enquiries for Customs Pioneers LTD and onboard new customers.
* Complete import and export entries accurately and in a timely manner, and complete follow-up actions post clearance.
* Respond to customs-related enquiries including commodity coding, trade preference, duties, valuation and customs transit.
* Identify opportunities for using customs special procedures to facilitate trade and save on duty costs including Inward Processing, Outward Processing, Customs Warehousing, Approved Exporter, Duty Deferment, Returned Goods Relief, VAT postponed accounting.
* Keep up-to-date with HMRC compliance practices and current legislation/regulations, through continuous professional development.
* Create and maintain records for accounts, budgeting and contract purposes.
* Ensure that learning from client engagement is shared with the team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experienced in customs clearance in Great Britain.
* Knows customs regulations and procedures related to import and export.
* Independent, committed and can organize work-time well.
* Has the ability to communicate freely with clients and build relationships with them.
* Communicates fluently in Polish and has minimum good communication skills in English.
