Property Block Manager, Cardiff\nOur client is a well-established and innovative Property Management company located in a new and vibrant office in Cardiff.\nThey are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of developments across South Wales.\nMain duties:\n * To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the companies’ responsibilities are met.\n * To effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders.\n * To ensure all Health and Safety and industry legislation are adhered to.\n * Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.\n * Conduct property inspections regularly.\n * Effective communication with clients and leaseholders.\nQualifications & Skills required include:\n * AIRPM or ATPI accredited would be an advantage\n * Previous experience working within Property but ideally Block Management would be preferred\n * The ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals\n * Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads\n * Excellent verbal and written skills\n * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office\n * The ability to work as part of a team as well and self-motivated for individual tasks\n * Professional and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines\nBenefits include:\n * Modern office setting\n * Free tea/coffee\n * Growth opportunities\n * On-the-job training\n * Regular social events\n * Collaborative spaces\nSalary: up to £35,000pa depending on experience\nHours: 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week\n(NLR is acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of its Client)
