We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers to join our successful branches. You will assist the branch manager in coaching and developing a team of consultants, leading by example to maintain high standards. Your supervisory experience will support the day-to-day operations, motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and increase profitability.
You will be passionate about helping customers find their ideal holiday, equipped with ongoing training and specialist knowledge to advise on holiday packages, tailor-made experiences, and ancillary products to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize sales and support overall profitability
* Assist with daily operations of the retail branch and foreign exchange bureau
* Supervise, coach, and develop staff
* Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs
* Participate in promotional events and use social media for marketing
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Support staff motivation and productivity
* Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
* Attend meetings, conferences, and promotional events
* Perform administrative duties effectively

Required Competencies:

Desired Experience:
* Minimum 2 years as a Travel Consultant

* Travel qualification (desirable)
