What will the Accounts Finance Manager role involve?
Managing end-to-end AP processes, improving invoicing workflows, and strengthening supplier relationships
Overseeing credit control team.
Leading a medium sized transactional finance team.
Driving process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and system development.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop a high-performing finance function.
Suitable candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
Experienced AP or AR manager with a track record of delivering process improvements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Approachable and relationship-focused, with a collaborative leadership style
Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
