Position: Multi Agency Safeguarding Data and Insights Transformation Lead
Salary: AD B 1 9 (£71,185.50 - £84,297.15)
Hours: 37 hours, Full Time
Contract: 12-month secondment or temporary contract
Location: North West England Region - hosted by Stockport Council

Context
The North West region has received funding from the Department for Education (DfE) for a Regional Improvement Plan Pilot (RIPP) aimed at improving Children’s Social Care through collaborative, multi-agency efforts across 24 local authorities.
Role Overview
Join the North West Multi Agency Safeguarding Learning and Support Hub as the Data and Insights Transformation Lead. Lead systemic change by enhancing data utilization to improve safeguarding outcomes, influence frameworks, and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance the regional safeguarding partnership data dashboard.
* Establish and lead a Multi-Agency Safeguarding data lab.
* Provide bespoke advice and support to the 24 MASAs in the North West.
* Act as the link to national data and insight leads.
* Ensure data includes EEDI themes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Senior-level experience working across multi-agency partnerships.
* Relevant technical and practice knowledge supported by qualifications.
* Extensive knowledge of multi-agency data-driven improvement practices.
* Proven leadership in organizational change.
* Ability to produce high-quality, impactful reports.
* Strong collaboration skills and relationship-building with diverse partners.
