Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics Recruitment Company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and driver training.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Resourcer who will benefit from the experience of working in a busy office environment and being part of a team of 3. In order to thrive in this position you must be a friendly, hard-working Recruitment Resourcer. This is an exciting opportunity for any Resourcer who is meticulously organised and has the drive, ambition and wherewithal to cut it in the often manic world of recruitment. Responsibilities:
1. Interact with candidates over the phone and manage their entire recruitment process from telephone interviews, sending and checking application packs to reference checking and photocopying documents
2. Sell a range of job roles to candidates
3. Source candidates using a variety of techniques and maintain sourcing lists
4. Update in-house computer system
5. Providing leads for the recruitment consultant
6. Update social media on a daily basis
7. Obtain and post candidate and client reviews
Requirements:
8. Excellent telephone manner
9. Excellent social media skills
10. Prior telesales experience would be preferable but not essential
11. Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
12. Interest in recruitment
13. Driven with a competitive nature
14. Looking to progress within a reputable company
Working Week:
16 to 20 hours from Monday to Thursday per week, this could go to full time hours for the right candidate. Hybrid working could also be available for the right candidate.
Salary:
£9,942 to £12.428 per year
