About the role We are excited to be appointing a new Director of Brand, Marketing and Future Students to provide exceptional leadership and deliver innovation in student recruitment for all levels of our course offer, both online and on campus, across home and international markets, using contemporary approaches to secure AUB’s position as a globally leading independent arts, design, performance and media university. You will lead on brand development and management, marketing, events and promotions, including competitor performance, to enhance the profile of the University and meet student recruitment targets. Additionally, you will have specialist marketing and communications knowledge, including the optimisation of CRM systems, exceptional communication and stakeholder skills and will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills. The Director of Brand, Marketing and Future Students will also have responsibility for internal and external communications, and public relations, developing consistency and quality in the key messages for internal and external audiences and stakeholders and with all marketing assets.
