Mental Health Service Lead / Engagement Lead
This is a newly created opportunity to join a pioneering mental health service as Service Lead, in a highly regarded national healthcare organisation.
You will be a compassionate leader, able to inspire others and create a positive environment based on open communication, trust, and a passion for providing the best possible levels of care. You will have experience working in an environment where support is being provided to clients with mental health or complex care conditions, and you will also enjoy working with external partners and stakeholders, including commissioners and local authorities.
This is an innovative mental health support service, working with young people and children across the area, providing behavioural support and working with families to allow children to remain in the family home and get the ongoing support and education they deserve.
Your role will be varied, with a main component being engagement work, ensuring the ongoing promotion of the services and maximising referrals. You will also engage with families, key internal contacts, and other partner organisations. In addition to engagement work, you will ensure that the team's workload is managed effectively in line with referrals into the services, oversee quality & compliance, and ensure that clients are receiving the best possible standards of care.
