* Provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals with mental health conditions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement support plans
* Empower clients to achieve their personal goals and promote independence and well-being.
* Maximise income for service users.
* Regularly review support plans and risk assessments.
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in a similar support role within a mental health or social care setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* An understanding of support needs and support planning.
* Experience of risk assessing and risk management.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of clients
* A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to providing support
* Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
* Certification in Mental Health First Aid or relevant training
* Valid DBS clearance and professional registration (if applicable)
