YOUR ROLE
As an UX Researcher with Capgemini Financial Services, you will be engaging and collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders to articulate solutions at various levels.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Role Purpose: Focus on creating intuitive customer experiences driven by evidence-based design.
* Team Collaboration: Work with a team of 20+ UX/UI designers, UX copywriters, and product owners.
* Research: Shape and validate research hypotheses across various digital projects.
* Best Practices: Collaborate globally to support consistent best practices and shared research opportunities.
* Project Work: Undertake projects as directed by the Head of UX Research.
* End-to-End Studies: Plan and execute UX research studies to improve web and mobile experiences.
* Communication: Present research conclusions and recommendations to design teams and stakeholders.
* Participant Management: Screen, recruit, and schedule participants for research studies.
YOUR PROFILE
* Research Skills: Hands-on experience with behavioral and ethnographic research, usability testing, and survey design.
* Prototyping: Proficient in wireframing and rapid prototyping using tools like Axure and InVision.
* Analytical Abilities: Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder interviews and management.
* AGILE Teams: Proven history of working in AGILE cross-functional teams.
* User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user journeys, personas, and human-centered design.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Collaboration: Experience working closely with UX designers and developers to drive effective user research.
