The intern will be responsible for owning a wide variety of sales planning functions including running and breaking down important data insights, building ideal assortments based on retailer needs and creating planograms whilst working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities · Develop, submit & upkeep planograms drawings in JDA. · Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics · Manage space to sales detailed analysis for POGs. · Manage data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners. · Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution. · Build and look after the retailer displays in our mock shop · Educate the team with competitor insights and trends Requirements Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power Point Must-have an detailed oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines. Must-have an organized, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-function partners Nice-to-have understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends Ability to work in a team or independently.
