This company creates software products and uses AI to provide decision-making assistance to pull insights out of data in an easy-to-use app. With 250 employees currently, they are rapidly expanding and are creating a new department of support engineers to accommodate the growth of the company.
In this role, you will report directly to the Tech Platform Lead and you will play a significant role in configuring and maintaining the company's SaaS infrastructure as well as safeguarding the organisation's infrastructure and crucial information. Furthermore, you can expect to help onboard new staff supply them with company equipment and ensure a smooth process.
The company environment is Microsoft, so you will support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory and Intune, as well as managing Mac laptops and licensing, ensuring smooth operation and optimal security. You will also support the Security Team in monitoring and investigating security alerts from IT services and equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience with creating and setting up a team, experience with IT and cloud security and its best practices, familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls and experience with scripting languages for automating tasks.
