Key Responsibilities: Assist with the organisation and administration of learning programmes and events Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner Support the maintenance of accurate records, reports, and data Contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve service delivery Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Learning Services team and wider Council departments We’re Looking For: You don’t need prior experience in business administration, but the following skills and attributes are essential: Excellent IT skills, including a basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good customer service and communication skills Ability to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure A natural willingness to take initiative and solve problems Someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn Minimum Entry Requirements: GCSEs in English and mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Apprentices without Level 2 qualifications in English and maths will need to achieve these prior to the end-point assessment. The successful candidate will be supported with a defined development plan, with opportunities to learn across different areas of Learning Services. A supportive team environment, with a dedicated buddy and external coach to help you adjust to your new role. 20%of your working hours dedicated to off-the-job training to support your professional qualification.
